Randomness...

So, I've got to write two book reviews for here....will try to get that done tomorrow.

Which are harder to walk in without twisting an ankle....heels or wedges. I'm talking 4.5". I want some sneaker heels but I don't want to crack a skull when I fall. (Note: I said "when" because it is inevitable). So, I want to fall as less often as possible.

Why do you reckon I feel so bittersweet when my bestie (best friend who happens to be a guy) gets with a woman? Understand that I do not, in any way, "want" him and am happy in a relationship myself.  I'm thinking it has to do with the fact that he gets occupied and I don't hear from him until she breaks his heart, and then I am expected to console him and be there for him until the next one comes along.  I want the best for him and for him to be happy...I'd love nothing more than for him to finally be utterly happy....but at the same time, I get jealous.  And it's not of her for him...but more about the time she gets with him that I no longer get. (Of course, I adapt and make no issues and totally disappear until he calls me back, like any friend would do,....but it hurts to get the cold shoulder at the same time because I do love him as I love family).  It's a bit of a toxic friendship on both accounts, mine and his, but....lol..he's my crack. But, he does hurt my feelings a lot.

(I did title the post "Randomness" for a reason, you know.....)

Why do doctors insist I eat peanut butter, being hypoglycemic, when it has loads of SUGAR in it?!?!?!  I can understand in an emergency because I have used it a time or two when having an episode at a grandparents that came on suddenly....but I don't understand why they'd suggest making it part of a diet. I still won't do it. (Rebels, raise your fists in protest!)
