I did a video of the damage from the tornado that hit Alabama for some of my friends, and thought I'd put it on my blog as well, for those who are interested (see below).

Terrifying. I watched some footage on British TV news, but nothing that showed the sheer scale of that twister like a looming mushroom cloud.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't look at the videos, because it reminded me of the tornado we had in Chicago in 1990 that practically destroyed everything. I hope that more people donate to the relief so that some sense of normal comes back. The South has had the worst decade when it comes to weather and livelihood, that I hope more take notice this time around to fixing it!
